Who is responsible
Pixel is a service operated by NEO. NEO is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data. For any privacy matter, message us on WhatsApp from the contact section.
What data we use
- Your contact details: name, studio, email and phone/WhatsApp.
- Your orders: what you buy, when and their status.
- Payment confirmations from the payment provider, once payments are enabled. We never store card data.
- What you share about your game: design, code, builds, assets and references.
- Access you authorize to your repository, store page or community channels, only for the work you ordered.
- Player data only if you connect it: aggregated, the minimum needed, and with care for minors.
What we don’t ask for
We don’t need your passwords in writing or card numbers: access is granted from each platform and you can revoke it at any time. We don’t extract your players’ private data without your permission.
Why we use it
- To prepare, deliver and bill your order.
- To publish or connect things only with the permissions you grant.
- To keep you posted on each milestone.
Those are the only purposes. We don’t sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with those who help us make and deliver your order, and only what’s needed:
- Payment providers (Stripe, Mercado Pago), once payments are enabled.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site and, if included, your game’s website.
- The stores and platforms you authorize, when you approve publishing.
- The AI providers we use to produce images, music, voices, text and code.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop us from using it, and withdraw your consent. We answer within 20 business days.
What stays in your browser
This site saves your order in your own browser to show it on the confirmation page. We don’t use advertising cookies.

If this notice changes, we publish it on this page.
